With experience across agencies, brands, and freelance projects, I’ve worked on integrated campaigns, digital marketing strategies, social content, and storytelling that bring people and brands closer together. From developing creative concepts to capturing real-life experiences, I blend strategy with creativity to create content that inspires, engages, and connects.
My Marketing & Advertising Journey
I am a Toronto-based marketing professional with international experience across start-ups and agencies in Australia, Hong Kong, and Canada. I began my career as an intern at a Sydney-based start-up, then spent a few years working in marketing and creative agencies in Hong Kong, before joining creative ad agencies in Toronto.
With over 4 years of experience in marketing and advertising, I have developed a strong foundation across social media, project management, digital marketing, content marketing, search advertising, and account servicing. I have worked on 360° campaigns spanning paid, organic, and owned channels (websites, CRM assets), and POP initiatives, as well as national and test market campaigns across TV, digital, social, OOH, radio, and SEM.
My experience includes collaborating with media partners such as Snapchat and Pinterest, supporting end-to-end campaign execution for leading QSR brands including KFC Canada, Tim Hortons, and Subway.
Life as a Content Creator
I’ve always been drawn to capturing moments through photos and videos. Whether it was documenting my travels, everyday adventures, cultural experiences, or meaningful memories with people around me, storytelling through visuals has always been a natural way for me to express creativity and share perspectives.
My journey as a content creator grew from my background in marketing and advertising, where I learned how powerful storytelling can be in connecting brands with audiences. After years of working in agencies and managing campaigns for brands, I wanted to bring my own creative voice to life, not just behind the scenes, but also through my own lens.
Today, I create content for my personal brand, sharing my experiences in lifestyle, travel, culture, movement, and everyday discoveries. I also collaborate with brands and organizations to create authentic, engaging content that tells their stories, from community-driven events like language exchange experiences to wellness and beauty brands looking to connect with their audiences in a meaningful way.
Blending my marketing expertise with my passion for storytelling, I create content that goes beyond visuals, content that inspires connection, curiosity, and experiences worth remembering.
Passions That Shape Me
I’m passionate about experiences, movement, mindfulness, travel, and cultural connection, and I love capturing these moments through storytelling as a content creator.
Movement has always been a big part of my life. I started dancing as a child through Chinese dance, Latin ballroom, contemporary, and jazz funk, and my journey has evolved into a love for Latin social dance, especially salsa and bachata. I also enjoy running, yoga, and aerial practices, which allow me to explore creativity, strength, and self-expression. During the pandemic, I pursued my passion for wellness and became a certified yoga teacher, incorporating movement, breathwork, and mindfulness into my daily routine.
I’m also deeply passionate about languages, culture, and travel. My previous career in aviation gave me the privilege of exploring 40+ countries, and my curiosity for the world continues to grow. Whether it’s discovering a new culture through language, experiencing local traditions, or exploring food as a self-proclaimed foodie, I’m always inspired by the stories and connections that make each place unique.
